ICAN uses Microsoft Teams SMS for one-to-one communication with applicants, clients, volunteers, donors, puppy raisers, community partners, and program participants regarding assistance dog programs and organizational activities. Messages may include application updates, volunteer coordination, training schedules, appointment reminders, event communications, donor follow-up, and customer service support.
