Lego Show

Get ready for an amazing event! Join the Indiana Grand Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star and The Service Dog Project for their annual Lego Show, where you'll have the chance to marvel at fantastic Lego creations made by enthusiasts.

Plus, you can buy your very own Lego sets from vendors at the event. To top it all off, your suggested donation of just $2 per person or $10 per family will get you entry into this family-friendly event at the Fatima Event Center on 1040 N Post Road, Indianapolis, IN 46219.

Best of all, all proceeds will be going to support ICAN! This is an event you won't want to miss!

ICAN is proud to participate in Military Appreciation Day, hosted by Dog Tags of Johnson County and the Johnson County Parks and Recreation Department.

Military Appreciation Day is a special community event dedicated to honoring and recognizing the service and sacrifices of our military members, veterans, and their families. Attendees can enjoy an evening of community connection, activities, and resources while celebrating those who have served our country.

Be sure to stop by the ICAN booth to learn more about our mission and how our highly trained service dogs support individuals living with disabilities, including veterans, by fostering greater independence, confidence, and companionship.

We are honored to join Dog Tags of Johnson County and the Johnson County Parks and Recreation Department for this meaningful event and look forward to connecting with community members throughout the evening.

ICAN is proud to participate in Spina Bifida Indiana's Roll N' Stroll on September 19 from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Lions Park in Zionsville.

The event brings together individuals, families, and community members to raise awareness and support for those living with spina bifida. ICAN will have a booth on-site where attendees can learn more about our mission and how our highly trained service dogs support individuals living with disabilities.

The Ford Wilson Race of Champions Soap Box Derby provides children and adults with developmental, cognitive, and physical disabilities the opportunity to experience the thrill of racing and become champions for the day.

ICAN at Brain Bolt 5k

ICAN is proud to participate in the 11th Annual Brain Bolt 5K on Saturday, October 3, 2026, in Carmel, Indiana.

This annual event raises awareness and supports individuals and families affected by traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries. Participants can choose between a traditional 5K course and a 1-Mile Survivor Course, while enjoying a variety of activities including food and drink vendors, the MegaBrain exhibit, face painting, cornhole, survivor recognition, and community resource booths.

Be sure to stop by the ICAN booth to learn more about our mission and how our highly trained service dogs support individuals living with disabilities, helping them achieve greater independence, confidence, and connection.

ICAN is excited to be part of Two‑EE’s Winery’s Uncork the 250th: Fireworks Celebration on July 3.

Every ticket purchased helps support ICAN’s mission of unleashing abilities for Indiana adults, children, and Veterans living with disabilities.

Festivities begin at 5 PM for a patriotic community celebration honoring the 250th anniversary of American independence, featuring:

Man’s Best Friend: In War and At Home

Join us at the Indiana Historical Society on Saturday, May 16, from 1–2 p.m. for a special presentation with ICAN client and Vietnam Veteran Thomas Hutchings and his service dog, Billy.

Man’s Best Friend: In War and At Home Hear Thomas share his experiences serving in Vietnam and discover how his ICAN‑trained service dog supports him today with mobility needs and service‑related trauma. The program features a short talk and a live demonstration showing how service dogs continue to transform veterans’ lives long after they return home.

This program is open to all ages and is best suited for ages 8+.

Bonus: ICAN will have an informational table — and dogs — on site from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
