The event brings together individuals, families, and community members to raise awareness and support for those living with spina bifida. The Ford Wilson Race of Champions Soap Box Derby provides children and adults with developmental, cognitive, and physical disabilities the opportunity to experience the thrill of racing and become champions for the day.

ICAN is proud to participate in the 11th Annual Brain Bolt 5K on Saturday, October 3, 2026, in Carmel, Indiana.

This annual event raises awareness and supports individuals and families affected by traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries. Participants can choose between a traditional 5K course and a 1-Mile Survivor Course, while enjoying a variety of activities including food and drink vendors, the MegaBrain exhibit, face painting, cornhole, survivor recognition, and community resource booths.
